Betsy DeVos proposes "Microgrants"

During a press briefing on Friday, DeVos stated that she will propose using "Microgrants." According to a spokesperson for the Department of Education, the microgrants could be used to: "...fund materials needed for home-based learning, like computers or software, internet access, or instructional materials.
